Confirmation of high-quality through ISO certification 9001: 2015
(Dubrovnik, 7th December 2018) After last year's transition and obtaining ISO 9001: 2015 certification, this year, Gulliver travel successfully passed an external recertification audit.
This certificate is essential, both in an internal and external environment, as it represents a confirmation of the quality of our work processes and quality in general. We believe that high quality is a necessary precondition in the destination management companies where the product is geared to services that are specific to the field of certification and quality assessment.
Our proactivity, our leadership in setting new trends in tourism and our pursuit of high quality in the Croatian tourism, positioned us as one of the first travel agencies to carry out ISO certification.
