Gulliver travel joins the NewWork@TUI project
Gulliver travel launches a number of initiatives as part of the NewWork@TUI project to create a better working environment
(Dubrovnik, August 19, 2019) As part of the TUI Group, Gulliver travel joined the new project Newwork@TUI that aims to advance the way we collaborate, leverage digital platforms, tools and learning styles.
The NewWork@TUI project is primarily concerned with the future of work at TUI, flexibility and mobility, further employee training and leveraging digital platforms. In addition to reshaping work in the future, this project seeks to bring positive changes in the work environment.
Gulliver travel has a long history of engagement through various internal and external education and development activities, as well as informal events that our employees have organized over the years: charity events, cleaning activities, various sports activities, events for opening and ending seasons, After Work parties and Christmas gatherings, … Now, as part of the NewWork@TUI project, we have launched a series of new inactivates to create a workplace that is even more supportive, stimulating and collaborative, but also fun and exciting. In this context, we are introducing special days: Work from home day, Kids@Work Day, Pets@Work Day, Fruit day, TUI Activity day and TUI Food day. We continue to promote recycling policies, conduct clean-up campaigns and support humanitarian action. We also celebrate days like World Friendship Day, TUI Learning Day, World Tourism Day, … Additionally, in some offices, Gulliver Travel employees can dine at special rates and have shared facilities for rest and recreation.
